Born in the hallways

We didn't start Spur in a boardroom. We started it in the hallways of schools where we watched the same painful patterns repeat year after year.

Principals spending their mornings on phone trees instead of supporting teachers. HR teams drowning in paperwork instead of building culture. Counselors tracking down absent students instead of counseling them.

Every school we visited had talented, dedicated people—but they were buried under operational work that kept them from doing what they actually signed up for.

So we asked a simple question: What if someone just handled it?
